Change notification settings

Overview

You can control which events trigger in-app and email notifications for activity across your spaces. Notifications are configured per account and apply across all your spaces.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking the gear icon next to your organization in the left navigation.
  2. Click Notifications in the left navigation.
  3. Under Space Activity & Comments, you will see two columns: a bell icon (in-app) and an envelope icon (email).
  4. Check or uncheck the boxes for each event to enable or disable that notification type:
    • When someone @mentions me
    • When someone adds a thread in Spaces I own
    • When someone adds a thread in Spaces where I'm a member
    • When someone resolves a thread in Spaces I own
    • When someone adds a file in Spaces I own
    • When someone adds a file in Spaces where I'm a member
  5. Changes save automatically.

Additional details

  • Each event can be toggled independently for in-app vs. email notifications.
  • If you disable all notifications, you will need to manually check spaces for new activity.

Troubleshooting

  • If you are not receiving email notifications despite them being enabled, check your spam folder and ensure your email address is correct in My Profile.
  • If in-app notifications are not appearing, try refreshing the page.
