Manage spaces in your organization

Overview

The organization page shows all spaces in your organization. You can manage individual spaces from the space card's options menu.

Steps

  1. Click your organization name in the left navigation to open the organization page.
  2. Spaces appear as cards in the main area. Use the Sort by dropdown and the grid/list toggle to adjust the view.
  3. Hover over a space card and click the ... (more options) icon to open the options menu with the following actions:
    • Schedule Meeting — Schedule a meeting tied to this space.
    • Copy link to Space — Copy a direct link to this space to your clipboard.
    • Share Space — Open the sharing settings for this space.
    • Bookmark Space — Add this space to your Bookmarked list.
    • Rename Space — Change the space name.
    • Move Space — Move the space into a folder in the left navigation.
    • Change cover — Set a custom cover image for the space card.
    • Leave Space — Remove yourself as a member of this space.
    • Delete Space — Move the space to Trash. Deleted spaces remain in Trash for 30 days.

Additional details

  • Deleted spaces are moved to Trash where they can be restored for up to 30 days.
  • Folders help organize large numbers of spaces within an organization. Create folders by clicking + next to Folders in the left navigation sidebar.
  • The Invite Members button at the top right of the organization page lets you invite new members to the org.

Troubleshooting

  • If the ... menu does not appear on a space card, try hovering directly over the card.
  • If you cannot delete a space, verify your role — only org admins and space owners can delete spaces.
  • If a space is not visible, check whether it was moved to a folder by expanding the Folders section in the left navigation.
