Troubleshooting blank pages

Overview

Blank or partially loaded pages in CADchat are usually temporary UI issues caused by navigation or slow loading. A quick refresh almost always resolves them.

Steps

  1. Refresh the page using your browser's reload button or press F5 / Cmd+R.
  2. If still blank, navigate away (e.g., go to Dashboard) and then return to the page.
  3. If a specific settings tab appears blank, wait a few seconds and click it again.
  4. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in.

Additional details

  • Blank pages most commonly occur when switching between settings tabs quickly before they finish loading.
  • The 3D Canvas tab may appear blank briefly while a model is processing — this is normal.

Troubleshooting

  • If blank pages recur frequently, try using a different supported browser (Chrome is recommended).
  • If you cannot access a settings page repeatedly, contact an org admin to check whether your account has the correct access level.
