<h2>The page or tab appears blank</h2><p>Try these steps in order:</p><ol><li>Refresh the page, press <strong>F5</strong> (Windows) or <strong>Cmd+R</strong> (Mac), or use the browser reload button.</li><li>Navigate away (e.g., go to <strong>Dashboard</strong>) and return to the page.</li><li>If a settings tab is blank, wait a few seconds and click it again, tabs can load slowly when switching quickly.</li><li>Sign out and sign back in.</li></ol><hr><h2>The 3D Canvas tab is blank</h2><p>This is normal while a model is processing after upload. Wait a moment and refresh. If it remains blank after several minutes, try re-uploading the file.</p><hr><h2>Blank pages keep recurring</h2><p>Try a different browser. Chrome is recommended for CADchat.
