View meetings on the dashboard

Overview

The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your upcoming meetings for the current week, your recently visited spaces, and recent activity across your spaces.

Steps

  1. Click Dashboard in the left navigation.
  2. The Meetings widget shows all meetings scheduled for the current week.
  3. Use the < > arrows next to the date range to move to a different week.
  4. Check or uncheck Hide past meetings to toggle visibility of meetings that have already ended.
  5. Click Join on a meeting card to enter that meeting.
  6. Click Schedule to create a new meeting.
  7. Check the Recent Activity panel on the right side for the latest actions across your spaces.

Additional details

  • Meeting cards show the meeting name, organizer, organization, time, and a Join button.
  • The Recently Visited Spaces section appears below the Meetings widget and shows spaces you have opened recently.
  • Click Create a Space next to the Recently Visited Spaces heading to create a new space from the dashboard.
  • The Invite Members button at the top right lets you invite new members to your organization.
  • Recent Activity shows events like threads added, files uploaded, and other collaborator actions with a timestamp and View link.

Troubleshooting

  • If the Meetings widget appears empty, toggle off Hide past meetings to verify past meetings are simply hidden.
  • If a meeting you scheduled does not appear, refresh the page or check that it was saved correctly on the Calendar page.
  • If Recent Activity is empty, it may mean no activity has occurred recently in your spaces.
