Use the Meeting tab in a space

Overview

The Meeting tab inside a space shows all scheduled meetings tied to that space, with the ability to join upcoming meetings and schedule new ones — all without leaving the space.

Steps

  1. Open a space and click the Meeting tab.
  2. The Meeting tab shows Upcoming Meetings for the current week.
  3. Use the < > week navigation arrows to browse meetings in other weeks.
  4. Click Schedule a Meeting to open the Schedule Meeting modal and create a new meeting for this space.
  5. On any upcoming meeting card, click Join to enter the meeting room.

Additional details

  • Only meetings linked to this specific space appear here. Meetings for other spaces are visible on the Calendar page.
  • Scheduling from the Meeting tab pre-selects this space as the meeting location.
  • Past meetings are not shown in the Meeting tab — use the Calendar page to view meeting history.

Troubleshooting

  • If no meetings appear, check other weeks using the navigation arrows or verify the meeting was created for this space.
  • If the Join button is not active, the meeting host may not have started the meeting yet.
