Manage plan & billing

Overview

The Manage Plan & Billing page shows your current plan, seat count, and billing details. Admins can upgrade or change the plan from this page.

Steps

  1. Click the gear icon next to your organization name in the left navigation.
  2. Under Organization Settings, click Manage Plan & Billing.
  3. Review your current plan details.
  4. Follow the on-screen options to upgrade, change, or manage billing.

Additional details

  • Billing is per organization, not per user.
  • Adding members to your organization may affect your seat count depending on your plan.
  • Contact CADchat support if you have questions about your specific plan or invoicing.

Troubleshooting

  • If Manage Plan & Billing is not visible, you may not be an org admin or billing contact.
  • If you see an error about reaching your seat limit when inviting users, upgrade your plan or remove unused members.
